DR. MEGAN TRANTER

Professional Journey
Originally from Australia, Megan began her career across government, mining, and academia teaching undergraduate and master’s students in Australia and Hong Kong as a lecturer in occupational safety at Central Queensland University and the University of Western Sydney.
She transitioned into corporate roles at McDonald’s Australia and Coca-Cola Amatil, where she gained firsthand experience in frontline safety and operational excellence. After relocating to the United States, Megan’s career accelerated. She went on to hold senior leadership positions at some of the world’s most influential companies including Amazon, PepsiCo, Novartis, and Netflix where she led global EHS, sustainability, and technology teams to deliver measurable, transformative impact.
Today, she brings that executive experience to purpose-driven leaders and companies, helping them elevate performance, lead with integrity, and build cultures where people and progress thrive.

Mission and Impact
After more than two decades as an executive in some of the world’s most influential companies including Amazon, Netflix, and PepsiCo I’ve learned that true leadership is about aligning with what matters most, inspiring resilience, and creating lasting impact. My journey has taken me from small-town beginnings in Australia to leading global teams and managing complex, multi-million dollar projects.
These days, my mission is simple: to empower purpose driven leaders who want to do meaningful work and lead with integrity. I believe that when leaders unite with a clear vision and a shared commitment to positive change, we create workplaces and communities where everyone can thrive.
As a strategist, innovator, and lifelong learner, I bring real world insights and a grounded perspective. Whether through coaching, speaking, or writing, I’m here to help you unlock your potential, align your career with your values, and take bold, authentic action.
And when I’m not working, you’ll find me enjoying life in beautiful Seattle, spending time on Lake Washington, or planning my next adventure.
